I started this therapy practice to give you the tools to help yourself feel better and create the kinds of connections you want to experience with others. Being disconnected from yourself and others feels like being lost and lonely. When you can connect how you want, we feel fulfilled and successful.

Be with someone who is not judging you for being yourself while supporting you in being who you want to be. Feel cared for. Be heard, seen, and understood. Feel safe, comfortable and connected. Remember who you really are and what you’re capable of.
