Which Often Means That…
You don’t have the energy to do the things you want to do, that you enjoy.
You no longer feel interested in doing those things.
You disconnect from others feel you feel down and worthless and don’t want to burden them.
As a result, you feel isolated and stuck in this low energy, sad, heavy place.
Release the past pain (trauma) that’s contributing to the depression.
Identify other things that might be contributing: need for creativity, connection, exercise, play, meaning, purpose, etc.
Incorporate these additional factors into your daily life.
Work with the feelings of depression as they arise, rather than fighting against them.
